Often times biscotti can be too hard or crumbly, but
not ours. Our secret is in the recipe. Our original
recipe was brought over from the old country four generations
ago; from the hills of Tuscany, Italy. And it’s
that recipe that is still used today.
Over the years, Biscotti di Suzy™, now produced
by Crunchy Foods, has proven to be popular with consumers
and thus profitable for its buyers. We are available
throughout Northern California in restaurants, coffee
shops and through caterers, and we are distributed to
gourmet food markets including Andronico’s, Draeger’s
and Mollie Stone’s. We also ship to specialty
retailers and gourmet gift shops nationwide.
Our biscotti is handmade using premium quality ingredients
and is available in three sizes: large, medium and mini.
The product line includes nine flavors: Almond Anise,
Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Chocolate
Dipped Almond Anise, Chocolate Dipped Chocolate Chip,
Chocolate Dipped Plain, Chocolatini, Lemon Almond and
Plain. New on the block: Choco-Puffs, the classic jet
puffed marshmallow covered in dark chocolate. Each product

the integrity of the original recipe.
